The Springfield Cardinals—the St. Louis Cardinals’ AA farm team—and the Ozark Trails Council will host a Scout day at Hammons Field on Saturday, July 19, 2014. Scouts and Scouters in full
uniform will be able to participate in a pre-game parade on the field. The council’s seats in an outfield box section are $7 each. One of our own Scouters will throw out the honorary first pitch. We will also be selecting some Scouts and Scouters to participate in between- inning games
Orders are due by July 11, but the sooner the better. Please contact Richard Stone at email email@example.com or cell 417-459-2340 to request tickets and make payment arrangements.
All participants will receive a commemorative Springfield Cardinals coin. The Cardinals are also handing out free rings to the first 2,500 people at the stadium.
Scouts and Scouters be at Hammons Field by 5:15 p.m. for the on-field parade.
Scouts, parents, families, and friends may attend the game at the $7 price (age 2 and under are free). Tickets must be ordered from the Ozark Trails Council Service Center by July 11. Tickets may run out due to the popularity of Saturday night games, so place your order early!
Scouts and leaders are asked to wear their uniforms to these games to represent the Scouting program. Only Scouts and Scouters in full uniform will be able to be on the field before the
game. Tickets can be picked up at the Springfield Service Center or at the field
